A method is disclosed for bonding and creating load transfer capability across a joint (14) between two adjacent concrete members, such as roadway slabs (1, 8), concrete pipes (101, 102), and post and beam supports (110, 112). A slot (16a-16f) is cut perpendicular to the joint and extends into each of the adjoining concrete members. The slot and joint are then integrally filled with polymer concrete (50) to tie the slabs together. A joint tie (31) may be placed in the slot and encased by the polymer concrete when bonding and creating load transfer capability.
L'invention concerne un procédé de liaison et de création d'une capacité de transfert de charge à travers un joint (14) entre deux éléments en béton adjacents, tels que des dalles (1, 8) de chaussée, des conduites (101, 102) en béton ainsi que des supports (110, 112) de poteaux et de poutres. Une fente (16a-16f) est découpée perpendiculaire au joint et s'étend jusque dans chacun des éléments en béton voisins. La fente et le joint sont ensuite remplis intégralement de béton polymère (50) afin d'attacher ensemble les dalles. Une traverse (31) de joint peut être placée dans la fente et noyée dans le béton polymère lors de la liaison et de la création d'une capacité de transfert de charge.
