The invention relates to a method for capillary electrophoresis in free solution with an alkaline pH, for analysing clinical samples comprising protein constituents. Said method is characterised in that it comprises at least one step whereby the sample is introduced into a capillary tube containing an analysis buffer comprising a biological buffer having a pKa of between 8.8 and 10.7 at 25 ·C as a buffer and at least one additive capable of increasing the ionic strength of the analysis buffer.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'électrophorèse capillaire en solution libre à pH alcalin pour l'analyse d'échantillons cliniques comportant des constituants protéiques, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une étape où l'on introduit l'échantillon dans un tube capillaire contenant un tampon d'analyse comportant à titre de tampon un tampon biologique de pKa à 25~C, compris entre 8,8 et 10,7, et au moins un additif capable d'augmenter la force ionique du tampon d'analyse.
