Devices and methods for carrying out a chemical or biochemical protocol are disclosed. In one embodiment, the chemical or biochemical protocol is performed by cycling at least one thermal transfer member between at least two temperatures while liquid samples on which the chemical or biochemical protocol is to be performed are continuously moving through at least one temperature regulated zone upon which the at least one thermal transfer member acts. In some embodiments, the device comprises a sample transport member that comprises liquid samples in sample receiving regions. The sample transport member moves the samples continuously through a temperature regulated zone which cycles between at least two temperatures while the liquid samples are moving through a temperature regulated zone on which at least one thermal transfer member acts. In some embodiments, the sample receiving regions comprise wells, hydrophillic films or hydrophillic filaments.
L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés permettant la mise en oeuvre d'un protocole chimique ou biochimique. Dans un mode de réalisation, le protocole chimique ou biochimique est effectué par cyclage d'au moins un élément de transfert thermique entre au moins deux températures, des échantillons liquides sur lesquels le protocole chimique ou biochimique doit être appliqué étant continuellement en mouvement à travers au moins une zone régulée en température sur laquelle l'élément de transfert thermique agit. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le dispositif comprend un élément de transport d'échantillons comprenant des échantillons liquides dans des régions de réception d'échantillons. Cet élément de transport d'échantillons déplace continuellement les échantillons à travers une zone régulée en température qui alterne par cycles entre au moins deux températures tandis que les échantillons liquides se déplacent à travers une zone régulée en température sur laquelle au moins un élément de transfert thermique agit. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les régions de réception d'échantillons comprennent des puits, des films hydrophiles ou des filaments hydrophiles.
