The invention relates to a method for carrying out polycondensation reactions, according to which the polycondensation of a monomeric educt is carried out with an external supply of heat in an at least two-stage reactor combination comprising a pre-reactor and a high-viscosity reactor, the resulting low- molecular cleavage products being removed by evaporation. In the pre-reactor the reaction product is concentrated into a viscous starting product, and said viscous starting product then fully reacted into a polycondensation product in the high-viscosity reactor under addition of thermal and mechanical energy over a period of between 20 seconds and 60 minutes.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser des réactions de polycondensation. La polycondensation d'une substance de base monomérique se fait avec un apport extérieur de chaleur dans une combinaison de réacteurs à au moins deux niveaux, comportant un pré-réacteur et un réacteur à indice de viscosité élevé, les produits de fission à faible poids moléculaire étant éliminés par évaporation. Dans le pré-réacteur, le produit de réaction est concentré en un produit de départ visqueux, lequel est ensuite mis à réagir dans le réacteur à indice de viscosité élevé, avec un apport d'énergie thermique et mécanique pendant une période comprise entre 20 secondes et 60 minutes, et ainsi entièrement transformé en produit de polycondensation.
