A method for effecting payments is suggested which allows protecting the financial in-terests of each participant of a payment during payments via open telecommunication nets from other participants' cheating, provides protection of the payers' and payees' privacy, admits payments ranging from micro-payments to business-to-business payments, ensures that the time taken to effecting a payment depends only on the speed of action of the net connections and not on the payment amount, makes it possible to serve of serving a number of clients which grows proportionally to the payment system operator's resources, is easy to build into an arbitrary trade system, enables each client both to pay and to receive payments, and makes possible payments between clients of different banks. The method of effecting payments is realized with the help of programming means.

Cette invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'effectuer des transactions et qui, lors de transactions sur des réseaux de télécommunications ouverts, permet de protéger les intérêts financiers de chaque participant à la transaction contre les actions malintentionnées d'autres participants. Ce procédé permet de protéger la confidentialité entre les payeurs et les bénéficiaires, d'effectuer des transactions dans une plage allant de micro-transactions à des transactions d'affaires, et de ne subordonner les transactions dans le temps qu'à la rapidité d'action des connexions réseaux indépendamment du montant des transactions. Ce procédé permet également de desservir un nombre de clients qui s'accroît proportionnellement aux ressources de l'opérateur du système de transactions, s'intègre facilement à tout système commercial, permet à chaque client d'effectuer et de recevoir des paiements, et permet d'effectuer des transactions entre les clients de banques différentes. Ce procédé permettant d'effectuer des transactions est mis en oeuvre à l'aide de logiciels.
