The invention concerns a station (10) comprising at least two zones (11, 12) cleaning/filling a reservoir, capable of receiving each a subassembly (7) consisting of a reservoir (8) and a sprayer (9) while said subassembly (7) is not secured to the robot. Means (51, 52) are provided for cleaning and/or filling the reservoir and/or the sprayer in each of said zones, while said zones (11, 12) are adapted to be brought (F¿2?, F¿3?) in a position to be connected to a subassembly (7) arranged in one (11) of them with cleaning and/or filling means (51, 52). The method consists in, inter alia, positioning (F¿6?) a coating product supply unit (52) in a position for connection with the first subassembly (7) received (11) in a zone (11) of the cleaning/filling station.
Cette station (10) comprend au moins deux zones (11, 12) de nettoyage/remplissage d'un réservoir, aptes à recevoir chacune un sous- ensemble (7) formé d'un réservoir (8) et d'un projecteur (9) alors que ce sous- ensemble (7) est désolidarisé du robot. Des moyens (51, 52) de nettoyage et/ou de remplissage du réservoir et/ou du projecteur dans chacune de ces zones sont prévus, alors que ces zones (11, 12) sont aptes à être amenées (F2, F3) dans une position de raccordement d'un sous-ensemble (7), disposé dans l'une (11) d'entre elles avec les moyens (51, 52) de nettoyage et/ou de remplissage. Le procédé consiste, entre autres, à positionner (F6) une unité (52) d'alimentation en produit de revêtement dans une position de raccordement avec le premier sous-ensemble (7) reçu dans une zone (11) de la station (10) de nettoyage/remplissage.
