The present invention relates to a method for characterising and optionally separating molecular associates, especially particles having a size smaller than 300 nm. Partial units of the molecular associates are used as markers, whereby said units are marked with fluorescent dyes. The marked associates and aggregates are characterised by means of a FACS (fluorescence-activated cell sorter).
L'invention concerne un procédé de caractérisation et, éventuellement, de séparation d'associés moléculaires, en particulier de telles particules présentant une grandeur inférieure à 300 nm. Selon ledit procédé, des unités particulaires, marquées avec des colorants fluorescents, des associés moléculaires sont utilisées en tant que marqueurs, et la caractérisation des associés ou des agrégats marqués se fait au moyen d'un trieur de cellules marquées par fluorescence (FACS).
