A method for chiral inversion of optically pure or optically enriched mixtures of (S)-(+)-10,11-dihydro-10-hydroxy-5H-dibenz/b,f/azepine-5-carboxamide (I) and (R)-(-)-10,11~dihydro-10-hydroxy-5H-dibenz/b,f/azepine-5-carboxamide (II) with a carboxylic acid nucleophile in the presence of a trisubstituted phosphine and a disubstituted azodicarboxylate in a substantially inert solvent is disclosed.
L'invention concerne une inversion chirale de mélanges optiquement purs ou optiquement enrichis de (S)-(+)-10,11-dihydro-10-hydroxy-5H-dibenz/b,f/azépine-5-carboxamide (I) et (R)-(-)-10,11-dihydro-10-hydroxy-5H-dibenz/b,f/azépine-5-carboxamide (II) et d'un nucléophile d'acide carboxylique, en présence d'une phosphine trisubstituée et d'un azodicarboxylate disubstitué, dans un solvant sensiblement inerte.
