The invention relates to a method for cleaning the steam nozzle (7) of a machine for preparing beverages that includes: a rinsing vessel (12) having an upper opening (22) and a draining device (23) adapted for discharging the liquid contained therein; a device for supplying the nozzle with a liquid; a device (13) for the vertical movement of the nozzle so that the free end (7a) thereof enters the vessel; and a control unit for controlling the movement and supply devices. The method comprises a rinsing sequence with the following steps: lowering the nozzle (7) into a rinsing position in the vessel; filling the vessel (12) with a liquid through the nozzle; draining the vessel (12), which is triggered by the control unit connected to the movement and supply devices.
Procédé de nettoyage d'une buse vapeur (7) d'une machine de préparation de boissons comprenant : un récipient de rinçage (12) présentant une ouverture supérieure (22) et un dispositif de vidange (23) apte a évacuer le liquide contenu, un dispositif d'alimentation de la buse en liquide; un dispositif de déplacement vertical (13) de la buse pour que son extrémité libre (7a) pénètre dans le récipient; et une unité de commande pour commander les dispositifs de déplacement et d'alimentation. Il comprend une séquence de rinçage avec les étapes de : abaissement de la buse (7) en position de rinçage dans le récipient; remplissage du récipient (12) en liquide par la buse; vidange du récipient (12) déclenchée par l'unité de commande reliée aux dispositifs de déplacement et d' alimentation.
