The invention relates to environment protection and can be used for removing oil and petroleum products from water and/or bottom sediments of natural and antroipogenic reservoirs and watercourses where said oil and petroleum products are introduceable into water bodies during production, transport and storage. The inventive method consists in setting a surface cleaning module (1) consisting of active booms pre-filled with cleaning agent on a water surface. Said cleaning agent comprises 2-25 % of alumocilicates, 55-96 % of organic substances and 2-20 % of mineral fertilisers. Simultaneously, a floater (2) is lowered on the reservoir bottom and supplied with a water-air mixture from a unit (3) supplying said mixture. The activation of bottom sediments makes it possible to separate oil and petroleum products therefrom and to transport floated substances through a flexible pipe (4) to a floating container-sediment box (5) where said oil and petroleum products are localised.
L'invention appartient au domaine de la protection de l'environnement et sert à purifier l'eau ou les dépôts de fond de plans d'eau d'origine naturelle ou artificielle ainsi que les cours d'eau, qui contiennent du pétrole ou des produits pétroliers, dans les lieux où ils rejoignent des plans d'eau, pendant l'extraction, le transport et le stockage. A la surface de l'eau on a monté un module de purification en surface (1), constitué d'estacades actives. Les estacades actives sont préalablement remplies d'une composition de purification. On utilise en tant que composition de purification des silicates d'aluminium - 2 à 25 %, des substances organiques - 55 à 96 %, et des engrais minéraux - 2 à 20 %. Simultanément, on abaisse jusqu'au fond du plan d'eau un flotteur (2) qui est alimenté avec un mélange air/eau au moyen d'une unité d'alimentation de mélange air/eau (3). L'activation des dépôts de fond provoque une séparation entre, d'une part, le pétrole et les produits pétroliers et, d'autre part, les dépôts de fond; les substances mises en flottaison sont alors transportées au moyen d'une tuyauterie souple (4) dans une cuve de décantation flottante (5) dans laquelle s'effectue la localisation du pétrole et des produits pétroliers.
