The invention relates to a method for coating a surface of a track component with a coating containing aluminium by means of an arc spraying process. In order to form a coating that exhibits a high resistance to sliding and abrasive wear, aluminium and silicon are applied to the surface in a ratio of 3:2 <= Al: Si <= 4:1 by an arc spraying process.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'appliquer une couche contenant de l'aluminium sur une surface d'un composant de voie ferrée, par projection à l'arc électrique. L'objectif de cette invention est de former, au moyen d'un procédé de production techniquement simple, une couche présentant une résistance élevée à l'usure par glissement et à l'usure par abrasion. A cet effet, ladite surface est recouverte d'aluminium et de silicium selon un rapport de proportion correspondant à 3:2 = Al : Si = 4:1, par projection à l'arc électrique.
