A method for coating an object, i.e. a particle, with two sheets of lipid film having a space formed there between. In the method for coating a particle having a positive electrostatic-charging property with two sheets of lipid film, the particle having a positive electrostatic-charging property is brought into contact with a plurality of SUV type liposomes having a negative electrostatic-charging property to form a complex having a negative electrostatic-charging property containing the particle having a positive electrostatic-charging property and the SUV type liposomes having a negative electrostatic-charging property coupled electrostatically with the particle having a positive electrostatic-charging property, and then the complex having a negative electrostatic-charging property is treated with cation.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de revêtement d~un objet, par ex., une particule, à l'aide de deux feuilles d~un film lipidique séparées par un espace formé entre les deux. Dans le procédé de revêtement d~une particule ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique positif à l'aide de deux feuilles d'un film lipidique, la particule ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique positif est mise en contact avec une pluralité de liposomes de type SUV ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique négatif, pour former un complexe ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique négatif, qui comprend la particule ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique positif et les liposomes de type SUV ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique négatif couplés électrostatiquement avec la particule ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique positif et, par la suite, le complexe ayant une propriété de chargement électrostatique négatif est traité avec un cation.
