The invention concerns a method for reducing the size of raw or previously compressed data of a digital file from an audio and/or video source. It comprises an operational sequence including a step of desynchronizing original reading criteria of the file, said step involving the compression and the compacting of preserved data and a step of resynchronizing the desynchronized file enabling it to be viewed and/or read based on its original criteria of resolution and duration.
Le procédé selon l'invention s'applique à la réduction de taille des données brutes ou déjà compressées d'un fichier numérique provenant d'une source audio et/ou vidéo. Il comprend une séquence opératoire comportant une étape de désynchronisation des critères originaux de lecture du fichier, cette étape comprenant la compression et le compactage de données conservées et une étape de resynchronisation du fichier désynchronisé permettant sa visualisation et/ou son écoute selon ses critères de résolution et de durée d'origine.
