The invention concerns a method for connecting coaxial cables provided with an internal conductor (14) and an external conductor (10) separated by a dielectric (16) by connecting a front body (4) fixing the cable to a rear body (8), while a ferrule (1) maintaining the cable and a socket (2) co-operate to enable an axial displacement over a predetermined distance (L) of the ferrule and the cable relative to the socket, so as to cause a deformation of the external conductor (10) which can be reproduced. The invention further discloses several embodiments of connectors designed for this connection method.
L'invention décrit un procédé de connexion de câbles coaxiaux pourvus d'un conducteur intérieur (14) et d'un conducteur extérieur (10) séparés par un diélectrique (16), par connexion d'un corps avant (4) destiné à fixer le câble et d'un corps arrière (8), tandis qu'une férule (1) destinée à maintenir le câble et une douille (2) coopérent pour permettre un déplacement axial sur une distance déterminée (L) de la férule et du câble par rapport à la douille, de façon à provoquer une déformation reproductible du conducteur extérieur (10). L'invention décrit en outre plusieurs modes de réalisation de connecteurs destinés à ce procédé de connexion.
