A method for consolidating of blocks of natural stone or recomposed material having fractures and internal cavities communicating on the outside comprising the following steps: placing the block (1) to consolidate on a flat and rigid platform for laying and transporting with interposition of a base sheet (2), impermeable to liquids and gases, on which are arranged some discontinuous spacers; applying to each side wall of the block a lateral sheet (3, 4, 5, 6), impermeable to liquids and gases, with interposition of spacer elements (8) integral with the lateral sheet or with the wall of the block (1) and glued respectively to the wall of the block (1) or to the lateral sheet, each lateral sheet (3, 4, 5, 6) being some centimeters higher than the block itself; inserting the block (1) in said autoclave and inducing a depression; dripping on the upper part (7) of the block (1) and in the interstices between the block and the sheets a fluid hardenable resin in order to cover the block itself completely; removing said depression from the autoclave so that the resin penetrates in said fractures or cavities inside the block (1); allowing or inducing to harden the resin around the block and in said fractures or inside cavities.
L'invention concerne un procédé de consolidation de blocs de pierre naturelle ou de matière recomposée présentant des fractures et des cavités internes qui s'étendent de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. Le procédé consiste à placer le bloc (1) à consolider sur une plate-forme plate et rigide comprenant sur sa surface des éléments d'espacement discontinus, sur laquelle le bloc (1) va être déposé et transporté, une feuille de base (2) imperméable aux liquides et aux gaz étant intercalée entre le bloc (1) et la plate-forme ; à appliquer une feuille latérale (3, 4, 5, 6) imperméable aux liquides et aux gaz sur chaque paroi latérale du bloc, des éléments d'espacement solidaires des feuilles latérales ou de la paroi du bloc (1) étant intercalés (8) entre les feuilles latérales et le bloc (1) et collés respectivement à la paroi du bloc (1) ou à la feuille latérale, chaque feuille latérale (3, 4, 5, 6) étant plus grande de quelques centimètres que le bloc ; à insérer le bloc (1) dans ledit autoclave et à induire une dépression ; à faire couler une résine durcissable liquide goutte à goutte sur la partie supérieure (7) du bloc (1) et dans les interstices situées entre le bloc et les feuilles jusqu'à couvrir le bloc complètement ; à retirer la dépression de l'autoclave de façon que la résine pénètre dans les fractures ou les cavités situées dans le bloc (1) ; à laisser durcir ou à faire durcir la résine autour du bloc et à l'intérieur desdites fractures ou des cavités.
