The invention concerns a method for continuous manufacture of handling pallet blocks by moulding, based on a mixture consisting essentially of woody waste and at least one cementing material. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a sliding path (1) arranged in a loop having two horizontal rectilinear stacked parts (11, 12), and consisting of two parallel slide rails (10) between which transversely arranged moulds (2) can slide, with openings oriented outwards of said loop, and edge to edge such that the displacement of one, by means of step-by-step driving means, causes the others to be moved; and means filling (4) said moulds (2), arranged above the upper rectilinear part; and further means demoulding (70) said moulds (2).

L'invention a trait à un dispositif de fabrication en continu par moulage de plots pour palettes de manutention, à base d'un mélange essentiellement constitué de déchets ligneux et d'au moins un liant hydraulique. Selon l'invention, ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte d'une part un chemin de glissement (1) agencé en boucle présentant deux parties rectilignes horizontales superposées (11, 12), et constitué de deux glissières parallèles (10) entre lesquelles peuvent se déplacer par glissement des moules (2) disposés transversalement, ouvertures dirigées vers l'extérieur de ladite boucle, et bord à bord de manière que le déplacement de l'un, par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen d'entraînement pas à pas, entraîne le déplacement des autres; et d'autre part un moyen de remplissage (4) desdits moules (2), disposé au-dessus de la partie rectiligne supérieure; et d'autre part encore un moyen de démoulage (70) desdits moules (2).
