Problem to be solved The present invention provides a method for continuous on-site repaving of an asphalt mixture layer of a road pavement and a motor-driven vehicle system therefor, while moving the motor-driven vehicle system. Solution to solve the problem A method for continuous on-site repaving of an asphalt mixture layer of a road pavement, which comprises a step of applying heat to a surface of an asphalt mixture layer so as to allow the heat to reach to a predetermined depth and soften the asphalt mixture layer, a step of scarifying the asphalt mixture layer to the predetermined depth to obtain an old asphalt mixture, a step of adding a coarse graded aggregate being stored to the old asphalt mixture, a step of obtaining a reinforcing asphalt mixture which the coarse graded aggregate being added therein, a step of spreading the reinforcing asphalt mixture onto a remaining layer of the asphalt mixture layer to form a reinforcing layer having an elastic modulus greater than that of the remaining layer, a step of adding an asphalt mixture for a new surface layer being stored onto the reinforcing layer, a step of spreading the asphalt mixture for a new surface layer to form a new surface layer, and a step of compacting the reinforcing layer and the new surface layer together while heat still being stored.
L'invention concerne un procédé de reconstitution continue in-situ de la couche de mélange asphalté d'une route goudronnée en pilotant un système de véhicule automoteur. L'invention concerne également un système de véhicule automoteur pour ce procédé. Le procédé comporte : une étape lors de laquelle la surface d'une couche de mélange asphalté est chauffée en vue de conduire la chaleur jusqu'à une profondeur donnée et de ramollir la couche jusqu'à la profondeur en question ; une étape lors de laquelle la couche de mélange asphalté est raclée jusqu'à la profondeur donnée pour donner un ancien mélange asphalté ; une étape lors de laquelle un agrégat de gros diamètre préalablement stocké est ajouté à l'ancien mélange asphalté ; une étape lors de laquelle l'ancien mélange asphalté auquel a été ajouté l'agrégat de gros diamètre est converti en un mélange asphalté renforcé ; une étape lors de laquelle le mélange asphalté renforcé est étalé sur la couche résiduelle de mélange asphalté et la surface est nivelée pour former une couche renforcée présentant un coefficient d'élasticité supérieur à celui de la couche résiduelle ; une étape lors de laquelle un mélange asphalté destiné à une nouvelle couche de surface et préalablement stocké est placé par-dessus la couche renforcée ; une étape lors de laquelle le mélange asphalté destiné à la nouvelle couche de surface est étalé et nivelé pour former la nouvelle couche de surface ; et une étape lors de laquelle la couche renforcée et la nouvelle couche de surface sont compactées à chaud et unies l'une à l'autre.
