An aluminum alloy sheet of the AA 6000 series is subjected to a continuous tension leveling procedure. The sheet is passed through a set of pull rollers and a set of brake rollers and subjected to a longitudinal tension between the two roller sets (18a, 18b). Also while travelling under longitudinal tension between the two sets of rollers (18a, 18b), the sheet is subjected to bending and reverse bending over a series of small rollers at a wrap angle in the range of about 0 to 12~.

L'invention concerne une feuille d'alliage en aluminium de la série AA 6000 soumise à un procédé de planage par tension continue. La feuille passe à travers un ensemble de rouleaux de traction et un ensemble de rouleaux de blocage et est soumise à une tension longitudinale entre les deux ensembles de rouleaux (18a, 18b). Lors de l'acheminement de la bande soumise à une tension longitudinale entre les deux ensembles de rouleaux (18a, 18b), ladite feuille étant soumise à un fléchissement et à un fléchissement inverse sur une série de petits rouleaux à un angle d'enroulement allant d'environ 0 à 12·.
