A method for continuously preparing a metal oxides catalyst comprises the following steps: dissolving metal materials using nitric acid solution to produce a metal nitrate solution, and also to produce NO x and water vapor; hydrolyzing the metal nitrate solution by introducing pressurized superheated water vapor into the metal nitrate solution to obtain a slurry of the hydrates of metal oxides as well as acidic gas, the main components of the acidic gas are NO2, NO, O2 and water vapor; filtrating and drying the slurry to obtain the hydrates of metal oxides and/or metal oxides; and then utilizing the obtained hydrates of metal oxides and/or metal oxides as raw materials and preparing the metal oxides catalyst by the conventional method for preparing a catalyst. The NO x gas produced can be absorbed to produce nitric acid which can be reused. An apparatus used for preparing metal oxides comprises a metal salt solution preparation system, a metal salt solution hydrolysis system, a product preparation system and a nitric acid preparation and recycling use system. The method and the apparatus can achieve continuous production, enclosed circulation and zero release in the whole process and can reduce the cost of production.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation continue de catalyseurs à base d'oxydes métalliques qui consiste à dissoudre des matériaux métalliques dans une solution d'acide nitrique pour obtenir une solution de nitrates métalliques tout en produisant des NOx et de la vapeur d'eau, hydrolyser la solution de nitrates métalliques en y introduisant de la vapeur d'eau surchauffée sous pression pour obtenir une suspension d'oxydes métalliques hydratés ainsi que des gaz corrosifs, les principaux constituants de ces gaz corrosifs étant NO2, NO, O2 et la vapeur d'eau, filtrer et sécher la suspension pour obtenir des oxydes métalliques hydratés et/ou des oxydes métalliques, et les utiliser ensuite comme matières premières pour préparer le catalyseur à base d'oxydes métalliques par le procédé classique de préparation. Les NOx gazeux générés peuvent être absorbés pour produire de l'acide nitrique qui peut être réutilisé. L'invention concerne également un appareil utilisé pour la preparation doxydes métalliques qui comprend un système de préparation de solution de nitrates métalliques, un système d'hydrolyse de solution de nitrates métalliques, un système de préparation de produit et un système de préparation et de réutilisation d'acide nitrique. Le procédé et lappareil permettent d'obtenir une production continue, une circulation fermée et aucun rejet, et de réduire le coût de production.
