ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method of processing fish in which whole fish are reduced to fish solubles in aqueous solution and to fish solids comprising bones and scales. Fish are con- tinuously processed in a series of interconnected vessels so that a continuous steady-state discharge of product is obtained and so that additional fish can be introduced into the system during discharge of product.
