The invention relates to a method for continuously producing a coated fabric jacket (1) comprising at least one gasproof tube (2) consisting in cutting two strips (15, 25) from at lest one coated textile sheet, applying an adhesive material to the surface of said strips, folding the strips, longitudinally fixing each of said folded strips to a first coated textile sheet, placing an anti-sticking agent on the surface of said first sheet between the strips, applying a second sheet to the first sheet, pressing said two sheets to each other and in filling the tube (2) with air in order to expand two strips which form an angle at each joint inside said tube. A coated fabric jacket produced by said method is also disclosed.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication en continue d'une gaine (1) en tissu enduit comportant au moins un tube (2) étanche aux gaz et qui consiste à découper dans au moins une nappe de tissu enduit deux bandes (15 ; 25), à déposer sur une face de ces bandes un matériau adhésif, à replier ces bandes, à fixer longitudinalement chacune desdites bandes repliées sur une première nappe en tissu enduit, à déposer sur la face de cette première nappe et entre les deux bandes, un agent anti-collant, à appliquer une seconde nappe sur la première nappe, à solidariser ces deux nappes entres elles et à gonfler le tube (2) pour déployer les deux bandes qui forment à l'intérieur dudit tube (2) au niveau de chaque jonction des deux nappes, une cornière. L'invention a également pour objet une gaine en tissu enduit obtenue par ce procédé.
