A processing technique for continuously producing thiosulfate ions in a liquid oxidation-reduction process in which the sulfide oxidation reaction and the iron oxidation reaction take place in separate vessels. The amount of thiosulfate being formed within the process may be controlled so as to allow the optimization of the chemical make-up cost in an iron-based, liquid oxidation-reduction process.
Cette invention se rapporte à une technique de traitement servant à produire en continu des ions de thiosulfate dans un processus d'oxydoréduction liquide, dans lequel la réaction d'oxydation du sulfure et la réaction d'oxydation du fer ont lieu dans des récipients séparés.
