ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to an apparatus which provides for the safe cooking for any kind of menu through the simple manipulation of keys. As the temperature of the cooking pan is measured, by a temperature detecting unit, a moisture detector decides whether the food to be cooked is to be boiled, sauteed or fried. In the case of the food to be boiled, a scorching preventer works to prevent scotching of the food. In the case of the food to be sauteed or fried, an overheating preventer prevents overheating of the food. The temperature detector detecting how the temperature of the cooking pan increases, and controls a heating unit via the heating controlling. Accordingly, the food can be cooked safely irrespective of the cooking fashion by manipulating only a force adjusting knob and an ignition/extinction button.
