Le procédé permettant la réduction de la teneur en mycotoxines dans le blé se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend l'application au blé d'un ou de plusieurs composés A choisis parmi le groupe constitué de sels d'ammonium, de sels d'ammonium primaire à quaternaire, de sels de métaux alcalins, de sels de métaux alcalino-terreux et de sels de métaux polyvalents de l'acide phosphoreux et des esters d'acide phosphoreux.
