The invention relates to a method and device for correcting the influence of signal transmission lines (15) and electronic measuring units (9) on changes of transit times (t) of ultrasonic pulses (7), particularly when conducting pretension measurements or tension measurements on a connecting part (1) by using ultrasonic waves. In order to determine parasitic transit time portions, which are caused by the electronic measuring unit (9) and/or the signal transmission line (15), the transit time of an electrical signal reflected by an end of the signal transmission line (15), this end being remotely located from the measuring unit, is recorded. This is used for correcting observed ultrasonic transit times through the connecting part (1). The connecting part (1) is connected to the end of the signal transmission line (15), said end being remotely located from the measuring unit, via an ultrasonic transducer (5).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour corriger l'influence de lignes de transmission de signaux (15) et d'appareils de mesure électronique (9) sur des modifications de temps de propagation (t) d'impulsions ultrasonores (7), notamment lors de mesures de force de précontrainte ou de mesures de force de contrainte sur un élément de jonction (1), par ondes ultrasonores. Afin de déterminer les composantes parasites de temps de propagation, inhérentes à l'appareil de mesure électronique (9) et/ou à la ligne de transmission de signaux (15), le temps de propagation d'un signal électrique réfléchi à une extrémité de la ligne de transmission de signaux (15), à distance de l'appareil demeure, est détecté. Ledit signal électrique est utilisé pour corriger les temps de propagation ultrasonores observés, à travers l'élément de jonction (1), ledit élément de jonction (1) étant raccordé à l'extrémité de la ligne de transmission de signaux (15), à distance de l'appareil de mesure, par l'intermédiaire d'un transducteur ultrasonore (5).
