The invention relates to a method for covalently immobilising probe- biomolecules on organic surfaces by means of photoreactive cross-linking agents which are used for covalently immobilising the probe-biomolecules on an organic surface. The inventive immobilising method consists in applying said probe-biomolecules and photoactive polymers and afterwards in cross-linking.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour immobiliser de manière covalente des biomolécules sondes sur des surfaces organiques, grâce à l'utilisation d'agents de réticulation photoréactifs, avec lesquels les biomolécules sondes sont immobilisées de manière covalente sur une surface organique. Le processus d'immobilisation comprend l'introduction des biomolécules sondes et des polymères photoréactifs puis leur réticulation.
