A method for the preparation of a cross-linked, sulfonated, proton exchange membrane for fuel cells, which includes: providing a sulfonated polymer, for example SPEEK; dissolving the sulfonated polymer in a polar casting solvent; adding at least one polyol cross-linking agent to obtain a solution, the cross- linking agent being added in a ratio of at least 1 polyol molecules per repeat unit of the sulfonated polymer to generate cross-linking; casting the solution to obtain the membrane; and curing the membrane.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une membrane échangeuse de protons réticulée sulfonée pour piles à combustible, consistant à utiliser un polymère sulfoné, par exemple SPEEK; à dissoudre le polymère sulfoné dans un solvant de coulage polaire; à ajouter au moins un agent de réticulation de polyol afin d'obtenir une solution, l'agent de réticulation étant ajouté selon un rapport d'au moins 1 molécule de polyol par unité de répétition du polymère sulfoné afin de générer la réticulation; à couler la solution afin d'obtenir la membrane; et à durcir la membrane.
