The invention relates to a method for curing radically curable compounds (1.8) in a protective atmosphere (1.4), wherein curing proceeds according to a radical mechanism and is initiated, or initiated and maintained, by radiating the radically curable compounds (1.8), while the protective atmosphere is prevented from flowing laterally away. According to the invention, the radically curable compounds (1.8) (1) are immersed in a protective atmosphere (1.4) below a depth (1.4.2) as of which the protective atmosphere (1.4) has a constant lowest oxygen concentration, and (2) are irradiated below this depth (1.4.2) in the protective atmosphere, whereby at least one of the radiation sources (1.5) is located below the interface between the protective gas and air (1.4.1), and (3) the resulting cured compounds (1.8) are withdrawn from the protective atmosphere (1.4). The invention also relates to a device (1) for carrying out the inventive method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour faire durcir des matières durcissables par voie radicalaire (1.8) sous une atmosphère protectrice (1.4). Selon cette invention, le durcissement se déroulant selon un mécanisme radicalaire dans les matières durcissables par voie radicalaire (1.8) est initié ou initié et maintenu par irradiation. L'écoulement latéral de l'atmosphère de gaz protecteur est bloqué. Ensuite (3), les matières durcies résultantes (1.8) sont retirées de l'atmosphère de gaz protecteur (1.4). La présente invention concerne également un dispositif (1) permettant de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
