The invention relates to a method for decomposing biogenic material, wherein a percolator (2) is charged with biogenic material (B), a percolation liquid is separated by sieving and re-sprayed again onto the biogenic material (B), excess percolation liquid is pumped into a buffer (5) from where it is transported into a biogas reactor (6) and fermented to form biogas. The method is characterised in that the purified percolation liquid is transferred as waste water (A) to a storage buffer container (7) from where it can be retransferred to the percolator (2).

L'invention concerne un procédé de décomposition de matériau biogène consistant à alimenter un percolateur en matériau biogène, à séparer un liquide de percolation par tamisage et à pulvériser ce liquide à nouveau sur le matériau biogène, à pomper l'excédent de liquide de percolation dans un tampon, à acheminer cet excédent dans un réacteur à gaz biologique à partir du tampon, et à réaliser une fermentation dudit excédent de liquide de percolation de manière à former un gaz biologique, le liquide de percolation lavé étant transféré en tant qu'eaux usées vers un tampon accumulateur et pouvant être transféré à nouveau vers le percolateur à partir de là.
