The invention relates to a method for delivering a flavored and/or nutritionally enhanced non-carbonated beverage on premise. The method comprises a step of providing at least one packaged source of a liquid premix base comprising at least one microbiologically, physically, enzymatically and/or chemically sensitive beverage component which is not solely carbohydrate, a water activity lowering component. The liquid premix based is formulated with a water activity and/or solid content effective to render it shelf stable at room temperature. The method comprises a step of separately providing a plurality of flowable additive packaged sources adapted to tailor the flavor, aroma, body and/or nutritional value of the beverage. The method comprises a step in which liquid premix base is mixed to hot or cold non- carbonated water to provide a beverage base which is dispensed to the cup and wherein at least one additive is delivered and mixed with the beverage base into the cup.
L'invention concerne un procédé de distribution sur place d'une boisson non gazeuse aromatisée et/ou enrichie du point de vue nutritionnel. Le procédé comprend une étape consistant à mettre à disposition au moins une source conditionnée d'une base liquide prémélangée comprenant au moins un ingrédient de boisson présentant une sensibilité microbiologique, physique, enzymatique et/ou chimique qui ne contient pas uniquement des glucides, et un ingrédient réduisant l'activité de l'eau. La base liquide prémélangée est formulée avec une activité d'eau et/ou une teneur en solides garantissant sa stabilité de conservation à température ambiante. Le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à mettre séparément à disposition une pluralité de sources conditionnées d'additifs fluides conçues pour personnaliser le parfum, l'arôme, la consistance et/ou la valeur nutritionnelle de la boisson. Le procédé comprend une étape consistant à mélanger la base liquide prémélangée à de l'eau chaude ou froide non gazeuse pour élaborer une base de boisson qui est distribuée dans un gobelet, au moins un additif étant ajouté et mélangé à la boisson dans le gobelet.
