The invention concerns a method for releasing a product, by subjecting a compound of formula (II'): R'¿7?R'¿8?(HX)C¿1?-C¿2?(YH)R'¿9?R'¿10? to a chemical oxidation interrupting the bond C1-C2 to obtain said product. In said compound of formula (II') R'¿7? to R'¿10?, identical or different, correspond to a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group substituted or not, a functional group substituted or not; X and Y, identical or different, are selected among an oxygen atom, a sulphur atom, an amine of formula -NR¿11?R¿12?, R¿11? is selected among: a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, substituted or not, and R¿12? is not an oxygen atom. The invention also concerns a method for releasing a product comprising, prior to the chemical oxidation step, a first step which consists in preparing said compound of formula (II'). The released product can be a volatile molecule or an active substance or a specific product. The invention further concerns a method for detecting said released product and its uses, in particular for detecting catalytic or enzymatic activities.
La présente invention a pour objet une méthode de libération d'un produit, en soumettant un composé de formule (II'): R'7R'8(HX)C1-C2(YH)R'9R'10 à une oxydation chimique qui coupe la liaison C1-C2 pour obtenir ledit produit. Dans ledit composé de formule (II'): R'7 à R'10, identiques ou différents, correspondent à un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle substitué ou non, un groupe fonctionnel substitué ou non; X et Y, identiques ou différents, sont choisis parmi un atome d'oxygène, un atome de soufre, une amine de formule - NR11R12, R11 est choisi parmi: un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle, un groupe aryle, substitués ou non, et R12 n'est pas un atome d'hydrogène. L'invention a aussi pour objet une méthode de libération d'un produit comprenant, avant l'étape d'oxydation chimique, une première étape de préparation du composé de formule (II'). Le produit libéré peut être une molécule volatile ou une substance active ou encore un produit spécifique. L'invention concerne également une méthode de détection dudit produit libéré ainsi que ses applications, notamment pour la détection d'activités catalytiques ou enzymatiques.
