A method for detecting changes in gene expression in cells caused by the expression of a gene to be tested by extracting mRNAs from cells into which the gene to be tested has been transferred and expressed and control cells into which the gene to be tested has not been transferred and comparing these mRNAs in constitution. This method also makes it possible to screen genes suffering from changes in the expression thereof in cells due to the expression of the gene to be tested in the cells.

Procédé servant à détecter des modifications de l'expression génétique dans des cellules, qui sont provoquées par l'expression d'un gène à contrôler, ce qui consiste à extraire des ARNm depuis des cellules dans lesquelles le gène à contrôler a été transféré et exprimé, ainsi que depuis des cellules de contrôle dans lesquelles le gène à contrôler n'a pas été transféré, puis à comparer les constitutions respectives de ces ARNm. Ce procédé permet également de cribler des gènes dont l'expression a subi des modifications dans des cellules sous l'effet de l'expression du gène à contrôler dans ces cellules.
