The invention concerns a method for detecting a target substance in a sample, characterised in that it comprises the following steps: (a) specifically labelling said substance with a reporter gene and with the sequences required for expressing said reporter gene in vitro; (b) in vitro transcription and translation of said reporter gene; (c) detecting in vitro the reporter protein coded by said reporter gene. The invention also concerns reagents and kits for implementing said method.

La présente invention concerne une méthode de détection d'une substance cible dans un échantillon, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les étapes suivantes (a) le marquage spécifique de ladite substance par un gène rapporteur et par les séquences nécessaires à l'expression dudit gène rapporteur in vitro; (b) la transcription et la traduction in vitro dudit gène rapporteur; (c) la détection in vitro de la protéine rapporteur codée par ledit gène rapporteur. L'invention concerne aussi des réactifs et des kits pour la mise en oeuvre de ladite méthode.
