The invention relates to a method for detecting resistant fungi cells in clinical material. According to said method, fungi-specific nucleic acids are initially extracted from the clinical material and subsequently hybridized with fungi-specific hybridization probes which are targeted against nucleic acid segments of azole derivative-resistant fungi cells.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour détecter des cellules de champignons résistantes dans un matériau clinique, selon lequel on commence par extraire du matériau clinique les acides nucléiques spécifiques aux champignons puis on procède à leur hybridation avec des sondes d'hybridation spécifiques aux champignons et dirigées contre les segments d'acides nucléiques prélevés sur les cellules de champignons résistantes au dérivé d'azole.
