The invention concerns a method for obtaining a bovine DNA fragment having predetermined size and sequence, particular to bovines, and in particular of the Bos taurus and Bos indicus species, from an organic matter sample. The method consists in amplifying, by chain polymerisation reaction, a predetermined bovine genome sequence present in bovine genomes but not in the genomes of other animal species.
La présente invention est un procédé d'obtention d'un fragment d'ADN bovin présentant une taille et une séquence déterminées, spécifique des bovins, et en particulier des espèces Bos taurus et Bos indicus, à partir d'un échantillon de matière organique, procédé par lequel on amplifie, par réaction de polymérisation en chaîne, une séquence déterminée du génome bovin présente dans les génomes des bovins mais absente dans les génomes des autres espèces animales.
