The invention relates to a method for determining a quantity of liquid nutriments drunk by animals, especially water or milk from a dish (2) containing said liquid nutriment. According to the invention, a pre-selected, determinable quantity of liquid nutriment is poured into the dish (2) and once the nutriment has been removed by the animal, the actual quantity of nutriment drunk is determined for each individual animal by means of level measuring or flowmetering.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer une quantité d'aliments liquides absorbée par les animaux, notamment de l'eau ou du lait d'un bol (2) contenant cet aliment liquide. Selon l'invention, on remplit ce bol d'une certaine quantité présélectionnée déterminable d'aliment liquide et une fois que l'animal a prélevé l'aliment, on détermine la quantité effective d'aliment absorbée par animal par une mesure du niveau de remplissage ou de quantité.
