Ledit modle comporte plusieurs r~actions m~taboliques d~finissant des relations de m~tabolites. Le proc~d~ consiste ~ s~lectionner un objectif de bio-ing~nierie pour ledit organisme, ~ s~lectionner au moins un objectif cellulaire, ~ former un problme d'optimisation qui relie les objectifs cellulaires et de bio-ing~nierie, et ~ r~soudre le problme d'optimisation pour obtenir au moins un candidat.
