For determining the average radiation of a surface region of a burning bed, an infrared camera (22) is used in a firing installation, which camera is aligned with this region and is equipped by means of appropriate flame filters in such a way that it operates at the minimum of the interfering radiation emanating from the flame (24a), whereby this interfering radiation is already largely eliminated. In order then also to eliminate the solids radiation from moving particles and thus to obtain a temperature measurement of the burning bed (24), recordings are made successively at short intervals of time by means of the infrared camera (22) and these are evaluated in the evaluation and control device (23). For calculating an average value of the radiation or of the average temperature, only those part surfaces of the surface region subdivided into a plurality of part surfaces are here taken into account which are not subject to any change and can thus be allocated to the burning bed which is to be regarded as being essentially at rest, while the varying radiation results from other part surfaces are to be ascribed to the solids radiation of moving particles, such as, for example, dust particles and soot particles, which falsify the temperature of the burning bed.
Méthode permettant de déterminer le rayonnement moyen d'une région de la surface d'un lit de combustion. Une caméra infrarouge (22) est utilisée dans une installation de combustion; la caméra est alignée sur cette région et est munie de filtres pour les flammes appropriés de telle sorte qu'elle fonctionne avec un minimum de rayonnement brouilleur provenant de la flamme (24a), grâce aux filtres le rayonnement brouilleur est déjà largement éliminé. Pour éliminer aussi le rayonnement des matières solides provenant des particules mobiles et pour ainsi obtenir une mesure de la température du lit de combustion (24), des enregistrements sont successivement effectués à de courts intervalles de temps par la caméra infrarouge (22) et sont évalués dans l'unité d'évaluation et de commande (23). Pour calculer une valeur moyenne de rayonnement ou une valeur de la température moyenne, seules les surfaces des parties de la région de la surface subdivisée en plusieurs surfaces partielles sont considérées, elles ne subissent aucun changement et peuvent donc être attribuées au lit de combustion qui doit être considéré comme essentiellement au repos, alors que les résultats changeants du rayonnement à partir des surfaces des autres parties doivent être attribués au rayonnement des matières solides des particules en mouvement, comme, les particules de poussière et de suie, qui faussent la température du lit de combustion. .
