According to the invention, to determine an operating forecast for a system, measurements are taken of an environmental value in an environment surrounding the system. Then these measurements are processed in a processing unit in order to determine how much of the systems lifetime has been consumed. Said consumed lifetime is based on a history of the system in the environment. This is used to calculate a forecast of a good operating lifetime. According to the invention, this forecast determination is made by adaptive linear regression. Thus, all forecast calculations are simplified and can be performed by the system itself and in real-time.
Pour déterminer un pronostic de fonctionnement d'un système on effectue des mesures d'une valeur environnementale d'un environnement environnant le système. Puis on traite ces mesures dans une unité de traitement afin de déterminer une durée de vie consommée du système. Cette durée de vie consommée résulte d'un historique du système dans l'environnement. On en déduit un pronostic de durée de vie de bon fonctionnement. Selon l'invention on effectue la déduction du pronostic par régression linéaire adaptative. On montre qu'en agissant ainsi, tous les calculs de pronostic sont simplifiés et peuvent être effectués par le système lui-même et en temps réel.
