It is an object of the present invention to provide: a method for determining endometriosis, in which a blood sample from a subject can be used, and which is capable of determining endometriosis with higher sensitivity and higher precision than those of a conventional method using only a conventional endometriosis marker such as CA125; and a diagnostic kit for carrying out the method of the present invention. The method for determining endometriosis according to the present invention comprises: a step of analyzing an expression of at least one selected from among an anti-syntaxin autoantibody, an anti-PDIK1L autoantibody and an anti-enolase autoantibody; and a step of determining the presence or absence of the onset of endometriosis based on results of said expression analysis.
L'invention porte sur une méthode de diagnostic d'une endométriose, dans laquelle un prélèvement sanguin d'un sujet peut être utilisé grâce auquel une endométriose peut être diagnostiquée avec une plus grande sensibilité et une plus grande précision qu'avec une méthode existant qui utilise un seul marqueur existant pour l'endométriose, tel que le CA125. L'invention porte également sur une trousse de diagnostic pour mettre en uvre cette méthode. Plus précisément, l'invention porte sur une méthode de diagnostic d'une endométriose qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte : une étape d'analyse de l'expression d'au moins un élément choisi parmi un anticorps autologue anti-syntaxine, un anticorps autologue anti-PDIK1L et un anticorps autologue anti-enolase dans un prélèvement sanguin, et une étape de détermination de la présence ou de l'absence de l'apparition d'endométriose en fonction du résultat de l'analyse d'expression.
