La présente invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter l'immunogénicité d'un antigène, caracterisé en ce que l'antigène est associé par des interactions stables à un vecteur particulaire, ledit vecteur comportant: un noyau hydrophile non liquide, une couche externe de composés choisis dans le groupe comprenant les phospholipides et les acides gras.
