According to prior art, for example in the event of there being an imminent high level of danger or ecological catastrophe, the population is alerted/warned by sirens, radio or television. This method of alerting the population is limited however, and does not ensure that the people informed have actually been reached. The aim of the invention is to solve this problem. To this end, an individual accessibility profile specific to each subscriber is created when the communication connection is established, and a connection to the at least one communication terminal is established as required, according to the data stored in the accessibility profile, the information being supplied to the subscriber by means of said connection when the subscriber is reached, and acknowledged by the subscriber on receipt thereof.

Selon l'invention, lors de l'imminence de grands dangers ou de catastrophes naturelles, la population est alarmée / prévenue par des sirènes, la radio ou la télévision. Ce type d'alarme / d'avertissement de la population sont toutefois limitées. Pour ce type d'alarme, on ne peut pas supposer, que les personnes prévenues ont été également atteintes. L'objectif de l'invention est résoudre ce problème. A cet effet, un profil d'accessibilité individuel d'abonné est déterminé à partir de chaque abonné, lors de l'établissement d'une connexion de communication et en cas de nécessité une connexion vers au moins un terminal de communication est établie en fonction des données enregistrées dans le profil d'accessibilité, par l'intermédiaire duquel les informations sont introduites lorsque l'abonné est joint, l'abonné devant envoyer un accusé de réception pour lesdites données.
