A method for determining dip of rock formations penetrated by a wellbore using multiaxial induction measurements and imaging measurements made from within the wellbore includes estimating dip from the multiaxial induction measurements. Dip is also estimated from the imaging measurements. The dip is determined by combining the induction and imaging measurements.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour estimer l'inclinaison de formations rocheuses pénétrées par un puits à l'aide de mesures d'induction multiaxiales et de mesures d'imagerie effectuées à l'intérieur du puits. Le procédé comprend l'estimation de l'inclinaison à partir des mesures d'induction multiaxiales. L'inclinaison est également estimée à partir de mesures d'imagerie. L'inclinaison est déterminée en combinant les mesures d'induction et d'imagerie.
