A method for estimating the press formability of galvannealed steel sheets provided, wherein: the values found by: Image , and Image wherein I(~) = the total X-ray diffraction intensity of the ~ phase, I(~) = the total X-ray diffraction intensity of the ~ phase, IB(~)= the background X-ray diffraction intensity of the ~ phase, IB(~)= the true X-ray diffraction intensity of the ~ phase, I(~) - IB(~) = the true X-ray diffraction intensity of the ~ phase, ~ = the ~ phase of an Fe-Zn intermetallic compound in coating of galvannealed steel sheet, and ~ = the ~ phase of the intermetallic compound, are used as an index to determine the press formability.
On fournit une méthode pour estimer l'aptitude au formage à la presse des feuilles d'acier recuites après zingage, dans laquelle on utilise comme indice pour déterminer l'aptitude au formage à la presse les valeurs trouvées par les équations suivantes : Image , et Image où I(~) = l'intensité totale de diffraction des rayons X de la phase ~, I(~) = l'intensité totale de diffraction des rayons X de la phase ~, IB(~) = l'intensité de fond de diffraction des rayons X de la phase ~, IB(~) = l'intensité réelle de diffraction des rayons X de la phase ~, I(~) - IB(~) = l'intensité réelle de diffraction des rayons X de la phase ~ , ~ = la phase ~ d'un composé intermétallique Fe-Zn dans le revêtement d'une feuille d'acier recuite après zingage, et ~ = la phase ~ d'un composé intermétallique.
