For the evaluation of a measured parameter (12) with a measuring cell (5) comprising a cavity (11) which generates for light an optical path length difference (d Gap) changing corresponding to the variation of the measured parameter (12), the following method steps are proposed: .cndot. introducing light (1) from a white light source (2) with the aid of an optical waveguide (4) via a coupler (3) disposed in the path of the optical waveguide (4) into the cavity (11), .cndot. coupling out at least a portion of the light (1') reflected back into the optical waveguide from the cavity (11) with the aid of the coupler (3) and conducting this reflected light (1') to an optical spectrometer (6), .cndot. determining the optical spectrum of the reflected light (1') in the spectrometer (6) and generating a spectrometer signal (8), .cndot. conducting the spectrometer signal (8) to a computing unit (9), wherein the spectrometer signal (8) is directly converted through the computing unit (9) to an interferogram and from its intensity progression the location of the particular extremal amplitude value is determined and this particular location represents directly the particular value of the optical path length difference in the cavity, which comprises the measured parameter (12).
L'objet de l'invention est d'évaluer une grandeur de mesure (12) à l'aide d'une cellule de mesure (5), contenant une cavité (11) qui produit pour la lumière une différence de longueur de chemin optique (doap) qui se modifie en fonction de la variation de la grandeur de mesure (12). A cette fin, l'invention propose les étapes de procédé suivantes : introduction dans la cavité (11) de lumière (1) d'une source de lumière blanche (2) à l'aide d'une fibre optique (4), via un coupleur (3) qui est disposé dans le chemin de la fibre optique (4) ; découplage, à l'aide du coupleur (3), d'au moins une partie de la lumière (1') réfléchie par la cavité (11) dans la fibre optique et acheminement de cette lumière réfléchie (1') vers un spectromètre optique (6) ; détermination du spectre optique de la lumière réfléchie (1') dans le spectromètre (6) et production d'un signal du spectromètre (8) ; acheminement du signal du spectromètre (8) vers une unité de calcul (9). Le signal du spectromètre (8) est converti directement par l'unité de calcul (9) en un interférogramme et la position de l'extremum respectif d'amplitude est déterminée à partir de la variation d'intensité de celui-ci, cette position respective représentant directement la valeur respective de la différence de longueur de chemin optique dans la cavité, laquelle valeur contient la grandeur de mesure (12).
