A potentiometer (PT1, PT2) has a first terminal (A1), a second terminal (A2) and an intermediate tap (ZA), a resistor being between the first terminal (A1) and the second terminal (A2) irrespective of the position of the potentiometer (PT1, PT2). In an evaluation method, a first drive voltage (GND) and at least one second drive voltage (VS), which is different than the first drive voltage, are applied to the first terminal (A1) and/or the second terminal (A2) and/or a third drive voltage (VS) is applied to the intermediate tap (ZA). The evaluation can be made from the different measurement voltages measured at the terminals.
L'invention se rapporte à un potentiomètre (PT1, PT2) comprenant une première borne (A1), une deuxième borne (A2), et un branchement intermédiaire (ZA), une résistance entre la première borne (A1) et la deuxième borne (A2) étant indépendante du réglage du potentiomètre (PT1, PT2). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'évaluation au cours duquel la première borne (A1) et/ou la deuxième borne (A2) est/sont soumise(s) à une première tension de commande (GND) et au moins une deuxième tension de commande (VS) qui est différente de la première tension de commande, et/ou le branchement intermédiaire (ZA) est soumis à une troisième tension de commande (VS). L'évaluation peut être effectuée à partir des différentes tensions de mesure qui sont mesurées au niveau des bornes.
