A method for evaluation of a compound comprising the steps of introducing an RSK1 gene into a cell to prepare a cell capable of expressing RSK1, contacting a compound to be evaluated with the cell, and detecting the specific binding of the compound to RSK1; and a compound given by the method. The compound can be used as a potentiator of cisplatin. The method enables to find a gene which acts specifically on a cell of cancer induced by the abnormality in p53 or enhanced MAPK pathway and to evaluate a compound by using the gene.

Procédé pour l~évaluation d~un composé comprenant les étapes d~introduction d~un gène RSK1 dans une cellule pour préparer une cellule capable d~exprimer RSK1, de mise en contact d~un composé à évaluer avec la cellule, et de détection de la liaison spécifique du composé à RSK1; et composé évalué au moyen du procédé. Le composé peut être utilisé comme améliorateur de la cisplatine. Le procédé permet de trouver un gène qui agit de façon spécifique sur une cellule de cancer induit par l~anomalie dans p53 ou une voie MAPK améliorée et d'évaluer un composé en utilisant le gène.
