The invention relates to a method for examining the presence of nickel sulphide inclusions in an object which is made of glass. The aim of the invention is to carry out said method in an energy-saving and rapid manner and to examine the presence of nickel sulphide inclusions in an object which is made of glass, such as tempered safety glass, during the tempering and/or hardening thereof. The object is brought to a temperature of at least 500 ~C and at said temperature, electromagnetic radiation emitted from the object is registered and evaluated. Then, the object is cooled in a reinforced manner after the tempering and/or hardening thereof. The invention also relates to a device for examining the presence of nickel sulphide inclusions in an object which is made of glass, for example, tempered safety glass.
L'invention concerne un procédé de vérification de l'éventuelle présence d'inclusions de sulfure de nickel dans un objet en verre. L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre ce procédé de manière rapide et économique en termes d'énergie. L'invention vise à vérifier l'éventuelle présence d'inclusions de sulfure de nickel dans un objet en verre comme un verre trempé de sûreté pendant sa trempe ou son durcissement. A cet effet, l objet est amené à une température d'au moins 500 °C et, à cette température, un rayonnement électromagnétique émis par l'objet est enregistré et évalué. Ensuite l'objet est refroidi de manière accrue aux fin de sa trempe ou de son durcissement. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de vérification de l'éventuelle présence d'inclusions de sulfure de nickel dans un objet en verre comme un verre trempé de sûreté.
