The invention relates to a method for extracting an extract, which contains the natural mixture of conjugated equine estrogens, by the liquid-liquid extraction of the mixture of conjugated equine estrogens. The extracted mixture is depleted of non-conjugated lipophilic compounds from the group consisting of non-conjugated flavonoids, non-conjugated isoflavonoids, non- conjugated norisoprenoids, non-conjugated steroids, particularly androstane and pregnane steroids, and comparable non-conjugated compounds.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un extrait, qui contient le mélange naturel d'oestrogènes équins conjugués voulu, par extraction liquide-liquide du mélange d'oestrogènes équins conjugués. Le mélange extrait est appauvri en composés lipophiles non conjugués du groupe comprenant les flavonoïdes non conjugués, les isoflavonoïdes non conjugués, les norisoprénoïdes non conjugués, les stéroïdes non conjugués, en particulier les stéroïdes androstane et pregnane, ainsi que des composés non conjugués comparables.
