The present invention relates to a method for producing a continuously molded body (11) from an extrusion solution preferably containing water, cellulose and a tertiary amine. The extrusion solution is extruded through an extrusion duct orifice (10) to obtain a continuously molded body. The continuously molded body is passed through an air gap (12) in which it is stretched. To increase the loop strength and to reduce the tendency to fibrillate, the mean acceleration and/or the mean heat flow density are controlled according to the invention in accordance with predetermined formulae.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un corps moulé sans fin (11) à partir d'une solution d'extrusion contenant, de préférence, de l'eau, de la cellulose et un oxyde aminé tertiaire. La solution d'extrusion est extrudée par une ouverture de conduit d'extrusion (10) pour former un corps moulé sans fin. Le corps moulé sans fin est conduit à travers une fente d'aération (12) dans laquelle il est étiré. L'invention vise à augmenter la résistance à la formation de boucles et à réduire la tendance à la fibrillation. A cet effet, l'accélération moyenne ou la densité de flux de chaleur moyenne sont commandées selon des formules prédéfinies.
